Valdis Mintals (born December 11, 1979 in Tallinn, Estonia) is an Estonian figure skater who competed in both single skating and pair skating.
With partner Ekaterina Nekrassova, he is a multiple Estonian national champion. They competed many times at the World Figure Skating Championships, the European Figure Skating Championships, and the World Junior Figure Skating Championships. That partnership ended in 1998.
From 1998 through 2002, he competed with Viktoria Shklover. They were the 1998-2002 Estonian national champions. They competed twice at the World Junior Championships, and three times at the World and European Championships. Their highest placement at an ISU Championship was 10th at the 2000 European Figure Skating Championships and 2001 European Figure Skating Championships.
He turned professional in 2002. Following his retirement from competitive skating, he toured professionally in ice shows and ice theater.
